About Us

Our Company

Elevating the customer experience.

The people who make up Highgate Motors have been serving the Northwest suburbs of Illinois for many years, providing our clients with the best automotive repair services in the Chicago area. Highgate Motors was created at the encouragement of our many clients throughout the years, who expressed their wish for a different experience in auto repair. Collectively we are proud to say that we feel we have brought together the best technicians, customer service team and factory level diagnostic equipment available to repair and restore fine automobiles.
Our company is built by its members – people who share the same values and philosophies about service, commitment and quality. And car service is our passion – not just our job.

Our Vision

Responsible Automotive Repair
As much as we love what we do (automotive repair) the only thing higher on our to-do list is what we can do to make our community, state, country and world better. We know everyone says this all the time and the odds of us changing the world as an automotive repair shop is vaguely amusing but if you work at a community level eventually it gets bigger and bigger. We at Highgate Motors are all about doing basic things that eventually make some small difference, we recycle religiously – metal – plastic – wood, and we try not to put anything in our trash can.

We will be virtually paperless. From our technicians using monitors and electronic notes down to e-mailing receipts. We also feel a strong pull for what can be done in and around the community; our event page is starting to add community events from around the area. (If you have an event you would like us to promote feel free to email it to us) If there is a way we can help in the community and it is within our power we will be there.

We live by a quote from Winston Churchill.
“We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”
